The world changed with the Covid-19 pandemic
I joined Amazon in 2020 right when the Covid-19 pandemic began. More people stayed at home, and craved new ways to enjoy music. Concerts were all cancelled and indefinitely postponed, so artists also struggled to provide live music to their fans.
We also saw competitor’s like Spotify and Youtube Music grow their business during this time period. In an ever competitive landscape such as music streaming, how can we differentiate ourselves?
